We ship the order within 2 business days provided the materials are in stock in Tallinn, Estonia. In case there is no your desired product in stock available it might take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered to you. 

Delivery service is executed by the delivery company DPD according to their rules and conditions. 

Delivery within Baltic States & Finland normally takes 1-3 business days. Orders over 500 Euro receive free ground shipping. 

Countries of Operation: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland. 

The payment shall be made by means of a bank transfer via the online banks of Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV or Krediidipank, or by debit and credit card payments of Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments will be transferred to an authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Before paying the invoice, the Customer is required to verify that the data on the invoice corresponds to the order. The deadline for payment by credit/debit card is the same day when the order was placed. The deadline for payment via wire bank transfer is 7 business days. 

After placing your order online, you will receive the confirmation and order number via e-mail.

All prices are in Euro and include 20% VAT. The breakdown of the price is visible upon checkout. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and are not included into the listed price. Orders over 500 Euro will receive a free ground transportation.

Cancellation and Refund

We stand behind what we sell. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your goods to return the merchandise for credit, refund or exchange. Please kindly inform us about this by writing to the following e-mail address: drclass.baltics@gmail.com. Please make sure to indicate the order number and the bank account to which you would like to receive the repayment. We will make repayment within 14 business days. If the order has not been cancelled in a timely manner the paid amount shall not be refunded. Please note that shipping fee for the initial order will be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping fee of the returned goods when sending them back.
